The marble scribing plate is made of an excellent rock layer in the underground. After hundreds of millions of years of natural aging , the shape is extremely stable , and there is no  need to worry about deformation due to the conventional temperature difference. Through strict physical tests and selected granite materials , the crystals are fine and the texture is hard. The compressive  strength is 2290-3750 kg/cm 2 and the hardness is 6-7 . It is highly abrasive, acid and alkali resistant, has high corrosion resistance and will not rust. Because marble is a non-metallic material, it  has no magnetic reaction and no plastic deformation. Its hardness is 2-3 times higher than that of cast iron ( equivalent to HRC>51 ), so the precision retention is good. In use , even if the rock tool is hit by a heavy  object, at most a few stones are removed , and the precision is not destroyed by deformation like a metal tool. It is superior to precision measuring reference parts made of fine cast iron and steel for  high and stable accuracy.

　　Marble scribing plates are generally equipped with special brackets. The brackets are generally customized according to the specifications of marble scribing  plates.  Special requirements can be made according to customer requirements. The bracket is generally welded with square steel, and the height is determined by the thickness of the marble scribing  plate. Generally, the height of the working surface from the ground is 800 mm after the marble scribing plate is placed on the bracket.

　　There are five fulcrums under the bracket that touch the ground, three of which are fixed and the other two are adjustment fulcrums  for  the coarse adjustment level. There are also five fulcrums on the bracket that are in contact with the marble slab, both of which are adjustable fulcrums.  To fine-tune the level ,  it should be noted that the five fulcrums of the contact plate must also be adjusted by three points, that is, one triangular face, and the other two auxiliary fine-tuning.
